In our busy days, lunchtime is a great time to put your sneakers on and head out for a stress-relieving outdoor walk to clear your mind and get your blood flowing for the afternoon.

Led by Susan Greeley, National Director, Wellness Services, we will take you on a lunchtime walk along one of NYC’s favorite attractions.
